Unstructured environment and lack of a global focus and operating model compared to my previous firm Accenture. While an unstructured environment can be good sometimes, (where it can help to foster innovation/quick decision making) this didn't apply to Capgemini unfortunately - instead it was a pretty chaotic environment with different Capgemini teams often aggressively competing against each other to secure revenue and clients for their domains.

Very good base salary (my base was nearly double of what I was making in a similar role for a software company). There are both cash performance bonuses and 401k-based incentives. The company matches 50% of the first 6% of 401K contributions.
