Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Bonus is paid using a very complicated approach which makes it very subjective and at mercy of your manager
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Archaic and political culture

CG had a brilliant consulting company that it has shredded since it took a hold of EYC. It has removed all of its strongest assets across the globe to replace them with sub standard consultants and senior managers based on the Indian subcontinent

I have nothing positive to say about the U.S. CG senior leadership team. CG america needs a facelift.
Employee - Manager
As with most corporations its about shareholder value so the green dollar is always important.

I have actually removed CG from my resume. It is not an American power consulting company; and I am not a candidate for providing a good review of the company. If you have any influence can you please have EY buy back this company!

Solud
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
French firm that doesn't value American side of business; non tech consulting is "red -headed stepchild", especially in US
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
weak, paranoid leadership
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Treated as a worker instead of a thinker; very little consideration for work/life balance from partners; another cog in the machine
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
lukewarm reputation; much better in Europe
Employee
Adversarial for sales executives. Partners vie for account attention. Sales brings them in, and partners take over. Sales execs. then go find more accounts. However, income comes from revenue generated. Long term relationships are encouraged for SE's to gain a foothold with small projects and then partners take over for revenue credit for long term business.
Employee
US Team... Self Interest oriented for their "deal" with Capgemini. Unable to see how to pull the business model together for the benefit of all concerned. Lack of stability in the job as well.
Employee
High salaries and lots of pressure to justify it in the marketplace. Bonus based on booking business.
Employee
Company allows employees to work from anywhere. High demand on time as well. Nights and weekends are subject to work tasks, without apology.
Employee
Very professional. Good people around me most of the time.
