Its mission is to assimilate as many CPA firms as possible so that it can claim that it is one of the worlds largest National and International Assurance CPA firm. CBIZ takes from it's employees and gives little or nothing in return. CBIZ has shown a consistent track record mistreating its employees due to the intense senior management pressure upon its partners to make substantial profits on the backs of its employees. This organization is nothing short of a "sweat shop".
