Within specific pricing and access consultancies, it's good to have on your resume, but given the newness of the company brand recognition is not great. However, I think this is easily explained and would not impact getting another job within the same industry.

Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Generally the culture is quite positive, with employees working hard but collaboratively. There can be challenging weeks if multiple projects are finishing at the same time or if you're working with a difficult client, but I'm guessing that's standard for consulting. The company tries to push a "sustainable" culture which is nice, as they do not expect you to work on weekends or on vacation unless absolutely necessary.

The company culture is great; the people who work here are smart and motivated, but the atmosphere is collaborative rather than cutthroat. There are frequent social events and many employees are friends outside of work.
