Raj is the Chairman of the Public Spend Forum and also serves on several advisory and leadership boards, including as a Senior Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Asian Law, Board of Higher Achievement, and Advisory Board of Girl Rising India. Raj has also served as member of the Leadership Circle for the Women in Public Service Project, co-founded by Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and managed within the Wilson Center for Scholars, as well as serving as a visiting fellow at the Center for American Progress on the “Doing What Works” team.
