Policies are not people-friendly. Senior management is incompetent and causes undue anxiety and stress on employees. They make decisions on a whim and if it doesn't work out they go in a different direction, cutting lots of people, some of whom might have just been hired recently. Technology is ancient. Lots of red tape which makes getting things done next to impossible. Working from home, even during major snowstorms, is frowned upon. Least enjoyable place I have ever worked.
