While I loved my colleagues at Daugherty, unfortunately the corporate leadership specially the CEO, COO and some EVPs are way too insecured to trust their MDs This company has not had a stable leadership that lasted more than 5 years since its inception (25 plus years in Atlanta). I wish well for this company and hope they find a suitable leadership team in the near future.

Daugherty would like to call themselves strategic consulting however accept for 1 EVP they don't have any strategic thinkers. For most part they are pretty much staff aug firm with good engg. and consultants who work well with their clients. There is not much sense of ownership or inclusiveness within employees due to lack of engagement which is evident from lack of steady leadership in each office.
