Employee - Principal
1. Meritocratic 2. Strongly collaborative and team oriented 3. Passionate and dedicated to what we do 4. Fiercely protective of ensuring that there are not unhealthy ego's. We are all one team and the leadership team makes hard decisions to not allow egotistic, cocky or unethical behavior, no matter how great individual performance is.

Emerging in the market place. DRGCs branding, as one team, is still less than 1yr old. Prior to this, we operated as multiple separate disparate companies. Hence, we are a new and nimble firm, with a long heritage of excellence.

DRG has a really positive environment that's collaborative rather than competitive - but at the same time, fosters individual growth. Each person has a performance coach that acts as a mentor and ally in your development. As a new hire (I started 4 months ago) this has been enormously helpful. In addition, many of my colleagues have been more than willing to coach/mentor me so that I can succeed and learn as much as possible. We are all invested in each other's success, and I really feel like we care about each other as both team members and friends.

Generous vacation days, good flexibility with working from home/remote as needed, office social events, free snacks/food in the office

Mentioned this already, but the culture is fun/positive and collaborative. There's a lot of space for people to grow, since we're pretty small. People are encouraged to speak up, push themselves, and grow as much as they want/as quickly as they want. What stands out most to me is that people at DRG really care about one another's success and well-being. This doesn't mean that everything is hunky dory 100 percent of the time - it's just that when things are tough, either in project work or in my personal/family life, I know that my team has my back.
