DRG has a good culture, the people are nice, and it gives me the opportunity to learn new things, even at a very junior level.

Everyone is nice and helps each other out as needed. It's not very competitive (in a good way). We're all in it to get the best value to the customer. We do work hard though.

Although we are small, I think we are truly improving and on the up-and-up in the healthcare consulting field. I'm not sure what the reputation is in the greater consulting world, given we're relatively small, but our clients do honor our work and respect our opinions.

There is no transparency about base salaries across the team, so I don't feel able to comment on the structure.

Flexible work hours, the option to work remotely

DRG employees are incredibly supportive, intelligent, kind and fun; the atmosphere is very collegial, which makes this a great first job out of university. We occasionally spend time outside of work together and almost always eat lunch as a group.

I think DRG has a strong reputation for it's syndicated market research, which helps to strengthen the reputation of the consulting arm. However, I think the awareness of DRG Consulting in the market is still in it's growth phase; often, new clients are acquired by word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.
