Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Dell promotes work-life balance. They offer an option to work remotely or from home as long as you are productive and cam deliver your accountabilities. They also provide training to employees.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Would like more opportunities for upward movement within the company.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Some bumps in the road but overall, great place to work.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Suggest improvements in benefits and company culture.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Bureaucracy and politics dominates the culture.

Employee - Director

Wouldn't change anything here yet

Employee - Director

We always continue to re invent and or acquire new product and services offerings to meet customer needs. We put the customer first and it has always resulted in long term successful relationships

Employee - Director

Culture is based on meritocracy. I am in sales so the measurement of success is obvious

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Dell could be more inclusive of diverse talents.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Not very inclusive work culture.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Deep changes in HR policies is something I would change here.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

I'd suggest changing the leadership team. The existing leadership team creates feuds.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Identify who is the boss and get extremely close to him/her otherwise you won't belong to the organization.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

People really enjoy the culture however this is compromise due to lack of leadership

Employee

HR Management is something I would change! No sense of people strategy, all about headcount. Also, it wasn't very dynamic - it became exactly like IBM - a Titanic that wasn't agile.

Employee

Don't expect anything challenging.

Employee

Not very innovative; only follow the market. Slow to change, lacked agility.
