Suggest changes to Leaderships. Values. Fabric.

Employee - Vice President

You have to work long hours and be tough to remain. The best people leave - the worst people stay and move up.

Employee - Vice President

backstabbing culture in all aspects of work life. never experienced anything like this. stifling and non-productive.

Employee - Senior Vice President

I would change the leadership and management

Employee - Senior Vice President

Rapid inorganic growth led to disarray in integrating systems and processes. Disjointed processes and organization. Very restricted upward mobility.

Employee - Vice President

Needs to change the politics and favoritism

Employee - Vice President

There is a huge divide between: Germany and the US. There was favoritism - for example a gay employee was never fired.

Employee - Vice President

culture is very political

Employee - Vice President

The office culture was unpleasant. This generally came from the top. The director was unfortunately fairly inexperienced and then placed in a precarious situation. I think he did his best, but the moral of the office suffered.

Employee - Vice President

My experience was probably atypical in that I worked out of a small recently acquired office that never really integrated with the larger firm. Combining that with a down economy and low moral I think the office was generally doomed and we all knew it.

Employee - Vice President

After my 1st day I started preparing to leave.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Change the management hiring approach and internal management practices.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Important to know when working at this company, you need to be very politically correct

Employee - Senior Vice President

People are not friendly at all and nobody cares about others. Managers are rude

Employee - Vice President

I would change the company to have less buerocracy and processes that hinder doing your job. More communication and more upward mobility.

Employee - Vice President

It is large and global and well known brand name. Depending on the division, the US can feel like the non-home office. It's a very caring place to work, but they don't take care of employees in terms of pay, so it makes it hard to stay.

Employee - Vice President

Culture often feels very German. It's hard to move forward with new ideas and concepts because no one will make a decision.

Employee - Analyst

Culture is based on overworking and underpaying junior staff. Work-life balance is an afterthought and not enough mentorship to help junior people succeed and advance.

Employee - Vice President

Would change the management

Employee - Vice President

The only reason this bank is allowed to exist is because the German government would never let it collapse. The leadership is made up of lemmings not visionaries.
