Employee - Director

They are going through a major culture change right now with the Dell acquisition of them. I expect it to be a kinder, gentler place to work.

Employee - Director

They were and continue to be the market leader.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

The company appreciates innovation and patent filling. I filled 2 patents through this company. They gave me $1200 per patent filling.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Provide flexible timing. MBO (part of bonus) component paid every quarter on achieving measurable goals.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Needs to have less bureaucracy - more responsibility - better personal growth for employees

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Significant work life balance. Friendly. Smart colleagues.

Employee - Director

A change I'd recommend is IT's focus on offshoring. There is some level of work that is best done onshore, but (when I was there), a lot of good people were let go to move capacity offshore, where it ended up costing just as much since you needed more people to deliver the same amount and quality of work.

Employee - Director

Company culture is sometimes cutthroat, but always focused on meeting goals.

Employee - Director

In IT, you will work very long hours to support the business, especially at quarter ends. The business does as well, but in IT, it extends from three weeks before the quarter end to three weeks after (almost 50%), while the business is more functionally dependent and is only half that time.

Employee - Director

Has a sales culture and instills a can do, winning mentality Winning mentality. Is also client centric.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Provides great benefits!

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

This company is very age unfriendly and willing to throw out experienced individuals

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

The company was a great place to work prior to the merger. I was in sales and it used to be a meritocracy, but no more, the rats are scrambling to save themselves and everyone else be damned.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Due to recent Dell acquisition, lot of instability in the company. People are worried about their jobs.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

With new managers, company culture is becoming more like of a service company. Very less value for new innovations. Managers are more worried about visibility.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Leadership change is needed.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

The company is very male dominated - needed to be accepted if you wanted to be successful/get promoted.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Not very good company culture unless you are part of the male dominated "in group."

Employee - Analyst / Associate

The company pretends to be diverse but fails. It's square, stiff, and behind in the times. I don't think that the acquisition by Dell is going to improve anything.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

It's an incredibly stiff, square buttoned-up culture. Seems very old school.
