Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

The culture attempts to be very inclusive of perspective, with lip service to McKinsey modeled "obligation to dissent" mentality, yet will not really consider new ideas or perspective from anyone outside of the partnership. Some partners and the CEO are fabulous, while others are not fully bought in to the direction of the firm and will undermine your career if you align with the wrong faction. Be careful what you say to whom, and in front of whom.
