AS a boutique consulting firm, Everest Group provides a place where talented individuals can thrive. Several of the partners and staff come from top tier consulting firms (BCG/McKinsey/Booz, etc.) and therefore bring that high performance culture.

Seasoned - The partners have years of experience in consulting and the IT services industry Engaged - The partners all participate in the delivery with the consulting teams. Therefore, their intimacy with client challenges continues to expand.

For consultants, there is a bonus range for each level. This bonus is paid out based upon the individual performance of the consultant. Partners share a percent of the firms profits after consulting bonuses are paid. The comp structure for partners is designed to be collaborative. Individual revenue targets are not established but the group is incented to work together to achieve success for client, and revenue/profit for the entire firm.

Everest Group has a competitive base pay structure and a bonus that ranges from 20% - 40% of base pay. I believe they are unique in that the bonus for Partners only kicks in when the bonus for consultants is fulfilled. In other words the leadership team does not get their bonus unless consultants first get theirs.
