We have dedicated Research Group in India, so consultants do not need to spend much time doing market research. This makes our lives better. There is no up-or-out policy and they are happy to invest in developing us. Also networking with Partners to grab a chance to get staffed on project(s) is not required. Staffing plays a great role - provides equal chances. Great for people like me who are shy/introverted. Very much international-friendly. Generous in sponsoring visa / green card.

No up or out culture and trying to invest in developing us: I heard many times when my friends were laid off because their utilization was low. This will never happen in Everest Group because we don't this it's employees fault when they are not staffed. Also, I am an international and came to U.S. about three years ago.
