Culture is toxic - at least in the group I was in. The partner you are hired under makes all the difference in the world and can either make your job enjoyable or hell. Keep in mind that your priority is to generate revenue - doing what's right for the customer comes last.

I would recommend depending on the country. For LATAM EY does not care about their employees the work environment is unstable, they are not organized with the management of resources and the projects are poorly planned only to sell. In the other hand the learning curve is incredible the first 3 years.
