Depending on the stage of career, EY will give flexibility to explore a lot of industries and do different kinds of work. However, it's challenging to get specifically aligned to an industry and the quality of work will vary widely.

Greedy and money hungry.
Employee - Manager
They underpaid me at hiring and I stayed at that rate until the following year when they bumped me up $10,000 expecting me to be happy when it only confirmed that they were screwing me at the beginning. It was already down hill and I was planning my escape by then and this did nothing to assuage me.
Employee - Manager
I told them when I left, and this was one of my #1 issues with finding this place so disgusting to me: "You have a black and a brown problem at this company", meaning there were VERY LITTLE blacks and almost NO Hispanics in particular the higher up you went. It was by far the most atrocious I had ever experienced in my 25 year career, including the banking industry.
Employee - Manager
They are very well regarded in the market place but people from very young professionals to more senior execs there are just worn out and completely dissatisfied with their situation but just keep quiet about it so as to not rock the boat. WORK LIFE BALANCE is absolutely terrible. Diversity is TERRIBLE. The assignments you get are TERRIBLE.
