at that time, they were completely used to an old auditing and consulting style, showing forced presence on the clientes' facilities, when inm office planning would have been much more productive. Some of them were smart and brilliant, but to much yes men. They were kind of going with the wind, avoiding revolutions. And if they were, lots of troubles the auditing firms went through wouldn't happen

Compensation was basic in the first year, with growth of 15% yearly, more or less. When you get to manager role, it gets a little better, but they made the carrier much longer adding one more year as Senior, and two more as Supervisor, in the middle
