A good connect with Partnership organization is very important, else growth is stagnant. HR is not at all a support when Partner calls the cards Consulting is sometimes a huge challenge on the body - hence keeping uptight with flight timings and client expectations can be a nightmare sometimes Forget about Family life. Set expectations inline Not a place for young Parents as the alternate Partner will never find the EY employee at home for any immediate need.

Since the culture is hierarchy based, Leadership is mostly not available to the lower rungs. Hence a great rapport with Leadership may really show the flavour of EY Partnership level Leadership is moslty professional and reasonable. Middle Management is shady and mostly premature and unqualified to handle Manager and Senior Manager level.

The culture used to be collaborative, but over the last five years there's been a shift to "sharp elbows" and only lip service to caring about employees.

No specific direction of the team and the projects are highly varied. Its more just resource augmentation instead of consulting

EY is a career-oriented company. They are willing to invest in your professional and personal growth. Partners are very open to have conversations on career trajectory or moves.

It's collaborative, there is good knowledge sharing but it's a war when it comes to utilization and billables - some people cannot delegate work because he/she want to keep all billables when there are people who need to go leaps and bounds to get billable hours Diversity is really a matter of point of view - women minorities origins - all number seem to fit benchmarks but relationship of immigrants to natives that are equally qualified still bothers me

Their rep isn't too bad today but it is on the way down.

They treat you with no respet, you work more tan 8 hours every day, including sometimes weekends, with no extra payment. If you do not like them you can be fired.
