The nickname of FBR is "Friends Brothers and Relatives", I am not sure what you can change without doing a complete makeover of current equity holders and executive management.

Because they specialize in private placements this was good knowledge to obtain as PE firms and crowdfund comes along in the industry. However much past this, this is little that FBR offers as an investment bank to clients
