I wouldn't recommen working at Genzyme because it would be extremely hard to promoted if he or she is a person of color. Moreover, if one does not have a friend from upper management it could be almost impossible to attend your personal goal

When I joined this company I had already a master degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drug Biologics and Medical Devices. However, I had coworkers with only high school diploma and they were able to be promoted as Senior QA Specialist while I was not qualified to be promoted even after almost 4 years in the same department. The only thing I could think of is my skin color.
