It is currently a subsidiary of MWH Global, which is one of the largest water infrastructure engineering firms in the world (built new Panama Canal), so the resources of the larger firm (networking/IT/geographical footprint) are shared with Hawksley.

This year we started doing "all-hands" meetings, where everyone is flown to their headquarters in Denver for three days and participates in networking, training, and strategy development at our firm seeks to double it's capacity in the next two years. The directors were incredibly supportive and open to listen to the pressure points associated with a growing enterprise. I have concerns that rapid growth will lead to erosion of culture.
