Current Employee - Manager

We are growing every day through recruiting, and in turn, attracting new clients and retaining old ones. We are not as "popular" as some firms, but we are a family, not a factory.

Current Employee - Manager

Huron's culture is accepting, supportive, generous and open. We have been recognized for various awards in LGBTQIA, and we have many internal initiatives that make us stand apart from many firms.

Current Employee - Manager

Huron practices what they preach from work-life balance, to communication, to interesting project work. There are several opportunities in this firm to move around, move up and grow your career.

Current Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Excellent culture with an eye towards the future

Employee - Manager

Times have changed with more flexibility. They invested in team building often, but they did not lead by example.

Employee - Partner

leadership is in my opinion, weak.

Employee - Manager

"Old school"

Employee - Manager

High turnover, do not value employees, one of the worst places to work in my 20+ career. My co-workers were not valued by leadership.

Employee - Partner

Great place for Arthur Andersen partners who worked together at Arthur Andersen.

Employee - Partner

Self-interested for all former Arthur Andersen partners.

Employee - Partner

Huron was started by a group of former Arthur Andersen partners. It was a very difficult place for any senior level consultants who were not former Arthur Andersen consultants.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

The culture is about conformity and about fitting everyone into a box. Little is done to help people take advantage of their natural abilities and to figure out how teams can work best together. Morale is low, and people are burnt out.

Employee - Manager

Passion, Collaboration

Employee - Manager

Huron is passionate about supporting not only its clients, but its employees in regards to training, work/life balance. It is a family not just a place to work where people are genuine and actually care about one another which is then shown when we are supporting/ serving our clients

Employee - Associate/Consultant

This company does not value its workforce; retention of talent has been abysmal as people are jumping en masse out of a burning building. Tight corporate rules lead resulted in a low social budget, already decreasing morale.

Employee

Most of the people I worked with have moved on to other opportunities. They do not have an engaged work force.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

For its first 10 years...elite top of the line in Healthcare and Higher Ed. Has recently declined due to increasing competition in its industry niches

Employee - Manager

Huron is a great employer and treats its employees well. They strive to provide the highest quality of service to their clients and employ smart, experienced, dedicated staff. They are definitely a "work hard/play hard" group of people.
