Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
Better work life balance is needed and for the company to not get influenced by MBA degrees from specific institutes in career progression.
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
Great learning culture. High empowerment ethics.
Employee - Assistant / Coordinator
Improvements are needed in recruitment, customer service and shift timings.
Employee - Assistant / Coordinator
Very friendly and we get lots of opportunities to learn and improve ourselves.
Employee - Assistant / Coordinator
Be honest and work hard than only sky is the limit to grow.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Except for the internal petty work place which happens at mid - lower levels, everything was great when I used to work at ICICI Bank.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
ICICI Bank on the CV can start a conversation just like that.
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
If you are looking for a company known for innovation and HR practices, ICICI Bank is not the one to join
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
This is a highly top driven company. Unlike what you see in the media, the CEO is very closed to new ideas. Under her leadership so many leaders have left and even the stock prices have tanked. Clearly Chandar Kochchar is not the best CEO for this bank
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
Complete HR practices need to be changed and dismantle coterie clubs. It is only benefiting less than 1% of the employees.
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
A culture of cosy coterie clubs, with restricted entry. Senior executives behave unjustly as promoters and are only enriching themselves. 99% of the employees are just commoditisation led workers, barely surviving in the current industry scenario which is a jobless growth in India.
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
You need to have a senior sponsor on your head to get ahead here.
