Post acquisition the energy isnt there like it used to. Parent (Huron) appears to be squeezing comp an we are slowly becoming a healthcare/ life sciences focused firm leaving the rest of us who have other specializations in the cold

Very collaborative at lower levels. At the manager and associate partner level, less so. At the partner level you get the sense they dont like each other very much and have spent too long jockying for power to change even though they sold the company to change their ways. Partnership is all white men except for a single minority woman.

It's a relatively new consulting firm with a niche focus on innovation strategy. However, it has built a lot of unique IP over a short period of time. It has built a strong reputation in innovation led strategy and capability building projects and is considered the best in the field. In business literature, there have been pathbreaking books such as "The First Mile" and "Innovator's Dilemma". The HBR and MIT Sloan Review case studies related to Innosight are also in plenty. While it is still a new firm and not comparable in reputation to some of the bigger firms like MBB, in terms of work and direction it is quite there.
