Contracts were straight forward however being first on Site I should have been paid Account Manager levels for work performed at times. Clients loved my contribution in both short term contracts less than 3 months in duration due to workload.

The Culture I saw at client Sites did not match my past Consultant engagements. My client contact supervisors were very strong strategic managers which gave more professional impressions on appropriate Culture. There was an example of abusive management practices at one client site. I did not return to that Manager however favored them due to fear of retaliation on the job. When asked at the end of the contract to return I was not permitted due to Monetary Budget concerns. Working in the department and Financial Services Industry this did not make contractual business sense at the time. Employment should have continued in my opinion and the manager stated there were no performance problems upon my part whatsoever. If there was an unmet expectation due to tardiness the first few days due to traffic and non commuting parking issues which should be expected on new engagements was the only reason for non continuance of my contract in Hindsight. These issues could not be avoided by me. Explained to the client manager and was summarily not accepted. As a career manager this should have been expected in Pittsburgh.

Poor from online reviews including mine. I feel my one contract was not conducive to support of a new employee or contractor (guest) relationship. Being new does not afford a manager to automatically remove an employee based on subjective non merit based judgements. My prior Student/Teacher relationship was not a concern for this enagement. My Teaching ability was used in tandem with my electronic skillset however my full IT Teaching and Consulting ability was not asked for when offered when a problem presented itself in the Team for my full employ ability to be seen and or judged fairly.

Insight was terrific about follow up with questions and issues. There was never a time when a question went in asserted for more than 24 hours. As a contract employee the company took time to understand my individual situation, and worked with me when my client expressed an interest in converting me to a full time employee with their firm. I sincerely felt that the company considered my best interest when releasing me to accept the percent role with the client (which was a goal I had stated upon my hire with insight). They were forthcoming, unlike other firms I have worked with and I truly felt that even though they could have made matters difficult they supported me in my career efforts, resulting in them winning a single source contract to staff a replacement upon my conversion. If you have to take a contract position, this is the company you want to be with!

Best in the business! They, unlike others in the Charlotte area, went above and beyond, and treated me as a resource rather than a revenue stream!

It was an hourly contract with the option to buy into a group medical plan at market rate. As far as staffing agencies go, a normal compensation package. Where they shine is their follow through and making managed resources feel valued instead of like a temp.

As stated, the benefit was in helping me achieve my stated goal to become a permanent resource for my client.

Reminded me of what staff and consulting firms were like in the dot com era. Highly collaborative and people oriented.

Stellar! Vendor of choice for my firm!
