JPMC continues to hire top notch talent. While there is currently significant headcount reduction going on, the firm does provide very generous Career Services for employees whose jobs are eliminated (up to 1 year) as well as help to seek potential new positions internally in other depts. In terms of corporate strength, the company is well-run and in my opinion is a very choice for investment purposes as well.
