Employee - Principal/VP/Director
The firm is in a rapid growth mode, but they lack leadership and a strategic direction. They are in the midst of a major identity crisis and are only focused on growing revenues. There is no rhyme or reason as to the engagements they target. The tone at the top is confusion and the communications are abysmal.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Confused, misdirected, misguided. Although many firms suffer from the "do as I say, not as I do," there is a constant power struggle and identity crisis among the leadership. They haphazardly chase down areas of work, but do not have the knowledge or expertise to actually deliver the product.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
They promise massive incentive bonuses but have reneged on payments. The overall compensation structure is unreliable, and when they promise a 30% bonus, you would be a fool to expect more than 5%.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
There are no real perks. There are many easy "soft" issues to address, but they fail to even address those. Some of these soft benefits actually provide cost savings to the organization, but they are so short sighted and utilize a dinosaur model, that you must physically be there to do work.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
We preach that we are the epitome of integrity, however we do whatever we can to take advantage of our clients.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
They believe they have a stellar reputation, but in reality, are probably laughed at. They are good at damaging the brands of the companies they purchase. The good old-fashioned Kroll model.
