It would very much depend on the person. For a very entrepreneurial person willing to work within a less hierarchical and structured environment, in a firm that has many of the basics but is still defining and building itself, absolutely yes. For a person expecting a more "established" firm with long-standing and defined processes, no, they would find it frustrating.
