Amount of changes being pushed to lure customers need to slow down for proper testing and a reality check needs to be done if this is really important to be done or can we just leave it - for good.

LBG is a good brand name outside and I am using it for my CV building exercise... I had to take loads of initiative to upskill or retain my skill to desired level to ensure I can progress in my life/career.

Good people at lower level who want to make difference, but middle management like Head of and Directors have personal agenda to support and defend. Idea is to get the job created to show how busy life has been rather than actually serving the customer. However, by making and delivering so man changes, customer eventually gets benefited. They get new brains on board and then push them to work as they want him/her to work. Very high attrition rate w.r.t talented people and average or needy people stay along for personal reasons.

When problems arise instead asking for help and having small group cohesion, various departments are set up between and behind Chinese Walls and other locations in Rotterdam, and Brussels. When you know they are closing branches and downsizing just by the fact that some people show up who take inventory and have closed 3 branches it severely impacts the chi of the lower working classes.

A lot of great workers and senior local management in all departments.... having lack of vision all of the subordinates had problems with their individual selves and could not seek relief from tight budget controls from 2 central banks and individual seeking cash money in a MERCHANT Banking Foreign office .... with no retail out facility.
