Employee - Managing Director
Depends on which group and location. Experiences can be vastly different.
Employee - Managing Director
Small, relatively easy to make change. People need to be hands on

Open flat culture great place to grow as an employee
Employee - Managing Director
Culture is entrepreneurial , everyone for themselves , collaborate only if there is something in it for themselves , the highest levels are on a Tupperware structure. They zoom in when initiatives are about to take off to take the major share of the compensation for themselves . Some do not add value at all - others are ruthless

Home office in New York or bigger offices such as Houston may be better but remote offices are out of site out of mind. You are exposed and learn some great skills and it will help in interviews and for your resume but this isn't a long term place to work. You get paid okay, but not enough to validate the hours, environment, and management problems.

Male dominated. Lack of management training/guidance/structure = poor managers = high turnover.

Ask a current staff in your aim department, learn about your future boss.
Employee - Vice President
Culture could be a bit too aggressive - might be more productive to tone it down occasionally

While working there, watch your back and be able to work without collaboration .
Employee - Senior Vice President
Silo environment, not sure what other groups are doing-internal competition is good even at customers expense.
