Marakon is a truly special place to work, especially right out of school. It's boutique nature and pure strategy projects provide a lot of early responsibility and a steep learning curve, but it is extremely rewarding. I can say that within my first year I can already tell a difference between my business acumen and my peers at other companies. The smaller nature really allows one to have early access to some incredible thinkers in advanced positions, both inside and outside the firm.

With its small size, Marakon has a very collegial and collaborative culture. Everyone in the office is willing to drop what they're doing and help at a moments notice.
