Several partners were good mentors: professiobal, mature and skilled. A few were not: juvenile, cruel to Summer Analysts, and misogynists.

Its sink or swim: if you can find a mentor who'll help train you and guide your careetdecisions, it can be rewarding. If not, it's a lonely place. 3 of the 5 Partners were generous with their time and made a strong impact on the junior staff who worked with them. The other 2 thought they were hazing pledges at a fraternity and promoted a disgusting locker room culture.
