Mentorship, both informal and assigned. Clear culture of helping out, both inside the firm and outside the firm (in the alumni network). Training is very strong. Integrity and values were discussed, upheld, lived in every team that I worked on or with; however, since I left I know the firm has had some instances of ethics issues, which is unfortunate and very surprising to me.

I've worked with this company 3 times over the past 36 years. Each time they were expensive and ruined our company. As one of their past VP's told me, they should have stayed in the manufacturing arena. We used them about 4 years ago per our managing partners instructions, our company is out of business after they put changes in place. They should spend more time talking to rank and file employees and not supervision. I mentioned it but it was to no avail.
