Mentorship, both informal and assigned. Clear culture of helping out, both inside the firm and outside the firm (in the alumni network). Training is very strong. Integrity and values were discussed, upheld, lived in every team that I worked on or with; however, since I left I know the firm has had some instances of ethics issues, which is unfortunate and very surprising to me.
