People are overworked. It is not uncommon for a Senior Managers to be given a request between 5:30pm and 7:30pm to put together a presentation for 8:30am the next morning.

My experience was with the Intercraft division, which made picture frames. I was there in 2000-2001. During the time I was there this division was in the process of collapse, so my experience was not good. I think the place shut down by 2004 or 2005.
