Changes I'd make would be in the company culture where, for disclosures and financial reporting, the concept of "close enough is good enough" prevails and the executive team emphasizes continually that this company does not want to have a gold star for compliance. The tone at the top needs improvement to recognize the complex regulatory environment in which public companies operate.

You need to be Asian / Indian to get a job at Nimble. Nepotism is rampant and the best people seldom get close to an interview.
