We select wholesome ingredients including whole, fresh vegetables, and high quality meat, fish, and poultry; not just for their flavor, color, and texture; but for their health benefits and optimal nutritional profile.

Everything is made from scratch in small batches, without additives and preservatives.

Locally & Responsibly Sourced

At Nona Lim, we responsibly source our ingredients to ensure only the best tasting products are on your table. We do this through partnerships with local farms and like-minded purveyors. From the tofu we source through our Oakland neighbors Hodo Soy Beanery, to the third generation family-run farm harvesting our organic zucchini at Dwelley Farms, and the whole milled varieties of flour from Community Grains, our partners share with us the highest standards for freshness and quality.
