Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Overall a good place to work. People are great, not hierarchical, opportunities to get involved in more than delivery. Very metrics driven firm. Struggle with brand ID and demonstrating capabilities in the US.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Much stronger in the UK and Europe than in the USA, but growing.

PA's culture highly encourages interaction between people of all ranks/fields. If there is opportunity available for even an analyst to take on responsibility and shine, the analyst is encouraged to take it. Our ranks may play a role when deciding on teams to propose for projects and pricing structures, but internally we tend to be fairly rank-agnostic when discussing industry issues, brainstorming, sharing knowledge, reaching out to each other for expertise, etc.
Employee - Associate/Consultant
The people at PA are amazing, and very supportive of each other. The relatively flat structure enables people of all ranks to reach out and talk to each other, regardless of seniority or position. This includes interplay between the pure consulting side and the associated business/admin sides (marketing, assistants, etc).
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
I would say its a great firm to work for but seems like they have far more visibility in Europe rather than in the US.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
It's a very flat company. You see partners and senior partners sitting next to you. You can catch up with them over coffee and lunch / drinks. People are very collaborative as well and everyone cares about your success in the firm.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Great place to work for, people are very friendly and collaborative rather than competitive, people are willing to help each other and get everyone to succeed.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
In the power sector, PA consulting is very well known and is a premium brand. Outside of that, there are a few other niches where PA has a strong brand, but it is not a household name.
