Employee - Principal/VP/Director

PA's culture is defined by hard-working, talented people who have a range of skills and interests. It is a collegial environment that welcomes new ideas and rewards hard work and good decision-making. Consultants are able to balance work and life reasonably well, and find enough challenge to keep high performers engaged. Great overall work environment.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Fair mix of work/life balance, interesting projects, and reasonable compensation

Employee - Partner

Our market reputation is excellent in the US market, although our BRAND is not as strong as other consulting firms given our scale in the US business. But those who do know us, know us as a highly reputable firm.

Employee - Partner

Entreprenueial, trust-based culture, collaborative and highly focused on client value and integrity (doing the right thing).

Employee - Partner

Supportive environment that is more trust based than rule-based; encouraged to pursue passions and opportunities that will deliver significant client value, and personal fulfillment

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Very well-known in the UK (place of HQ) less so in the US but growing, certain practices/functions more well-know than others due to niche offerings (e.g. simulation modeling group)

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Openness across sectors and practices to discuss proposals and sold jobs, family-oriented particularly among those that have been there longest, the younger folks (and some older) get together for drinks after work, people are intellectually open and engaged.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Collegial culture, a lot of responsibility at junior levels, flexible working hours, less travel requirement than most consulting firms.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

To those who don't know us, we are ... unknown. To our clients we are frequently asked back for more support. Even clients don't always appreciate the breadth of services we offer to various other clients.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

We work with our clients to help them improve, rather than doing the work for them. We apply the same personal growth imperative internally and run many courses to help our staff develop their consulting skills.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

PA is a solid firm, we are quite conservative financially which makes it hard to grow but does ensure we keep the lights on during difficult times (such as following the 2008 banking crisis). If we are doing work that interests you, this is a good place to be.

Employee - Partner

Not widely known in the high street - very well known in our client base for quality of delivery and people combined with innovation

Employee - Partner

Meritocratic, collaborative, flat - eg: everyone hot desks from CEO on down

Employee - Partner

Employee ownership through stock award as part of bonus is a critical component

Employee - Partner

Market focused, Meritocratic, Caring about our people

Employee - Partner

Phenomenal colleagues, great client work

Employee - Associate/Consultant

People are very friendly

Employee - Partner

Collaborative, committed to client success, smart

Employee - Partner

During an 18 year career I have had a very interesting career and worked with smart and knowledgeable consultants, and great clients

Employee - Associate/Consultant

PA is relatively unheard of, and most folks in the US think it is associated with the state of Pennsylvania (which is abbreviated PA). This is unfortunate but luckily when the branding changed last year, I think it worked in PAs favor to make it stand out more.
