The culture is very UK-centric, but people work at PA from all over the world which makes it eclectic. There are many intelligent folks who I have learned a great deal from over the years on many assignments, but the possibility to work at many firms as a consulting company is difficult because PA is smaller. We may be the underdog, however, we can and do deliver above and beyond what clients expect at the end of the day.
