Client access is given from day one, and the approach is not 'land and expand', but rather to focus on high quality work and get out. It works at the senior level, not spending time with managers doing normal consulting workshops. It is also extremely friendly and collegiate, with collaboration the norm.

Focus on fun, the group and on the client. It is very collaborative, with mutual respect being prevalent across all the company. There was a lot of money spent on making sure that 'significant others' were included as much as possible, and lots of events meant that it was a good family, with offsites and an annual meeting.
