Former Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
In general they do their best to take care of employees. Yet I also experienced too much cowboy-style development methodology, e.g.: "we'll just make it up as we go because the developers are smart and can figure it out". It made for unnecessary overhead for an already challenging large-scale project.

Former Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Lots of back-patting, yet not enough attention paid to employees.

I'm not qualified to answer that, sorry.

It depends on clients
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
It's a Consulting Org which has bench time, so gives added security
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Clients matter more than Perficient. My Golden rule is to highlight Client names on resume.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Great folks, lots of talent, decent pay, good work/life balance
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Focused
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Bonus is difficult to hit for some consultants, and out of their control as it fully depends on being assigned on a project.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Great work/life balance. Focus on the bottom line. All things to technology consulting within any industry.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Mid-market, mid-level technology consulting firm. It's a global firm with a local presence.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
There was absolutely no feedback from managers or directors on how well people did their job or did not do their job. It was like leadership was afraid to offend anyone or, more likely, they were assuming that others were actively supervising staff when they were not.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Most people just viewed this as a paycheck not a career. I, as a manager, complained to leadership that people they were hiring for client projects did not have the necessary skills or experience and was told that was all that was available so make due with them. The result of that was work slipped, dates slipped and clients were being billed for unproductive hours.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
They lack a true vision or strategy to evolve as an organization. They continue to grow through acquisition but cannot grow organically, they also do not have a great culture collectively.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
They treat the consultants like widgets and were only concerned with utilization and people being billable. Will lay people off almost immediately after hitting the bench. They offered little to know employee or manager development. Very much a Swim or Die type of environment with little guidance. Continued to cut employee benefits and perks. PTO included sick time, as well as vacation. Very male dominated and sexist.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
I think it depends on the market, on how they are perceived. They are well regarded in St. Louis but not in many other markets.
