Culture is a facade. They claim to support employees, but offer no development opportunities. The Employee Own Stock Program is just their way of not paying bonuses. And then you cannot get your stock for years after vesting. Their bonuses are a joke, as is their pay system. You are basically an hourly employee

When they do not have subject matter expertise for a project, they pawn it off on somebody unqualified. They are known for doing everything to extend an engagement for more revenue, rather than solving problems for clients.
