Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Strong learning culture. Very structured (may not be appropriate for some people as could be considered "too structured."

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

The best business education that I received (and I didn't need to pay tuition!)

Employee - Entry / Intern

P&G is a fantastic school. Whether you are a trainee or an employee, the same level of commitment is expected from you (it is the amount of work that varies, with less work assigned to entry level people, but the responsibility one is expected to have over one's work is pretty much the same). The company has incredibly meticulous methodologies and techniques to approach and solve business problems, be it in marketing, in sales, in market research. So no matter if you stay on or move to another company later, what you learn at P&G stays with you and positively changes the way you work.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Best place to learn and develop skills that can be utilized throughout career. Very smart and bright people with clear corporate mission and goals.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Has a diverse culture of inclusion.

Inclusive culture

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Worked in paper making - needed to know how the process worked and who to contact with questions. Dialog with all paper makers.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Work culture is goal-oriented, team work, caring, success building, we can do it right, he entire company is built on capable winners.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Great blend of technology and analysis. Would like to see better cooperation by union members to work toward success of company goals.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

They do promote and allow individual initiative for showing leadership and driving success, especially within the Cincinnati (Headquarters) area.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Work culture is VERY dependent on what division and location you work in. Some divisions are more advanced than others in the culture and diversity (from my experience). My experience in my first organization was great and inclusive. My experience at the manufacturing site I transferred to was more closed and exclusive (clickish).

Employee - Director

Best company I've ever worked for. I worked there the first 23.5 years of my career and would have made it 33 years by now but I gave up my job to let my wife pursue her dreams after she had followed me around the world with P&G. P&G does almost everything well - training employees, thinking outside the box to develop new organization structures, R&D, etc. They treated me extremely well and compensated me extremely well.

Employee - Director

It was a culture where no idea was a bad idea. People of all backgrounds were respected and desired because of the diverse ideas they brought to the table to make P&G better. It was a meritocracy. Employees got promoted and paid based on how well they performed.

Employee - Director

P&G is a company dedicated to excellence in all areas. If you take that approach in your own work, you very likely will be successful.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

P&G has a strong culture of accountability and responsibility. It's an environment that prepares well to go on to other companies or progress at P&G.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Because their pay and benefits are great. There employee training and leadership development programs are good. But they are not what I consider a "family friendly" company if you are in engineering or sales; you travel a lot!

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Diverse, open & clear communication, can agree to disagree, friendly colleagues.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Gives vast opportunities to grow, learn, to advance within the company.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

I guess you can learn the basics of FMCG working there, although they also need a serious refresh in their way of doing the business.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Conservative, American, positive, collaborative, yet sure of self, not externally oriented and not reacting fast enough to the change of the world (digitalisation, fragmenting consumer needs etc.).
