Hard to find a better company than P&G for brand management, leadership experience, and CPG innovation. P&G is worth staying at an entire career (but start early because they only promote from within). It's also a fantastic springboard to accelerate a career trajectory outside of P&G. They say it's harder to get hired at P&G than it is to get accepted to Harvard.
