Employee - Senior Vice President

It is a smartly growing enterprise.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Environment is full of integrity and collegial.

Employee - Group Managing Director and/or Partner

Very steady and sober minded top management that provides for a medium pay, lower beta environment.

Employee - Analyst

Great culture for service to clients that emanates from the top down.

Employee - Vice President

Suggest more investment in support functions to enable efficiencies.

Employee - Vice President

Nice company, driving change can be frustrating.

Employee - Vice President

Culture is very family oriented with small company feel.

Employee - Vice President

RJF is not a diverse workplace.

Employee - Vice President

Great work/life balance. Ethical.

Employee - Vice President

Work life balance. Wall Street firms expect a 60 hour work week. RJF employees are expected to work 45 hours per week and great consideration is given for personal needs such as children, ailing relatives, etc.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Needs to change everything. The energy team is as dated as the firms head office. Terrible leadership, not competitive

Employee - Senior Vice President

I would like to take it off my resume. I have tried for 2 years to get another job but because of our terrible reputation and lack of deal flow it has become low probability. most of the junior staff has tried the same.

Employee - Senior Vice President

The culture at Raymond James was awful. Doesn't know its place in the investment banking spectrum. Wants to be a bulge bracket with low pay, low deal flow and unknowledgable staff. can't say enough how terrible this place is.

Employee - Vice President

It' a good 'ol boy culture with managers who have no management skills.

Employee - Associate

The new management brought in, in 2011 and 2012. prior to that the people work together like a family. It was a well-oiled machine with high respect for one another. everyone would jump in and help one another whether it was your job or not.the new management brought in changed it to untrusting, fearful place to work. people were instructed to not only stick to their own job but stick to a different job that we have little to no experience in.

Employee - Associate

The incredible Integrity with which we all worked with one another prior to 2011. It was the best company I have ever worked for and enjoyed going to work every day. From 2011 on it was the complete opposite.

Employee - Associate

Before 2011 it was the best on Earth. Everyone respected each other, pitched in whether it was their job or not, and it was a real family, even though there were thousands of employees. Once new management was brought in around 2011 or 2012 all of that changed for the worse.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Should change management

Employee - Senior Vice President

They don't care about the individual or team, just get me the business.

Employee - Senior Vice President

Non collaborative culture, silos in terms of business practice, management by intimidation and lack of creative thinking outside of the box.
