It is a team of great people, who don't fear real challenge, but would do all within their power to solve it. This applies to their employees and their personal and professional issues, and of course to the customers. However, they really place their employees as first and stay at their side in difficult situation. They're always available for a chat or a meeting when you e.g: facing issues with the client. Qua people management I give them 10 out of 10. Their customers, as a result of such policy receive always the best service.

The firm only cares about the money they are getting and not their employee/consultant. They do not offer any benefits or opportunity to move to another assignment if you are not happy with the assignment.

They do not support their consultants. They place them with clients and forget them. There is no follow up. If 4x the work is placed on the consultant in the role, Robert Half expects the consultant to complete the assignment with no additional discussion with the client about the additional work. Once the assignment is complete, they toss the consultant aside and make sure that they are unable to get another job with a new firm.
