Current Employee - Supervising Senior

Probably a tier 1.5 firm in Paris, France. It is not known anywhere else.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Friendly environment, growing very fast, top business and engineers schools alumni, international presence, very well appreciated by clients

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Independent, transversal functions, a lot of research, high quality delivered within top business units such as Energy, Transports or Banking. Very dynamic.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Growing fast, well known in France today, but with a lack of reputation in the US or the UK for example

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Not a good start for a junior consultant. Top management expertise is poor (that are mainly sales people) and the way consultants are managed is even less transparent than normal in the industry. Few possibilities to design your own career. Consultants, juniors and seniors, are often overqualified for projects (a lot of IT projects). Good reputation they have in sine countries (e.g. France) comes from free good managers in some practices and from younger consultants coming from top rated business or engineering schools in France. On the good side, the environment is pretty young and pay is not bad. Also, the company is growing in France and abroad (including. EU, US, gulf and Asia) both organically and via acquisitions.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Owner is aggressive businessman, rest of top management within the company from a long time (from creation in many cases) and mainly with limited technical knowledge of their industries, with poor education.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Most was base salary (pretty good, at levels of e.g. Mazars) until one year ago. Bonus were from 4% to 12%. Competitive benefits for expats. Compensation structure changed since.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Ticket restaurant, discounts on gym/similar

Employee - Associate/Consultant

No specific corporate culture actually. What stands out is that at yearly seminars the tenancy of top management to misbehave exceeds what one would expect from relatively young Partners.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

It has good reputation in France as they started hiring yong professionals with good education in 2008/2009 (crisis). In other countries can have less good reputation.
