SNC Lavalin is, really, one of the best construction company in which I have worked ever. I was involved to multi-billion Oil and Gas project in Libya. This is good place for testing of organisation, working, professional and safety philosophy of the company. I had very good conditions (salary, accommodation, transportation, organizing free activities) there. During our activities started a war in Libya. Top management of the company never forgot that we are members of the "family". It was a fact that Italian engineering group left a project without any warning, so project was stopped. After that, SNC Lavalin is organized evacuation staff from Tripoli and Benghazi (approximately 800 persons) from Libya to Tunisia by convoy under Canadian flag. Complete organisation of evacuation was finished maximum professional without any conflict.
